Day 1- on 9th nov 2024 i lodged a complain regarding my chimney not working.

Day 26- Customer service centre mailed that they have ordered the parts and it will take time.

I m praying for the warranty to stay wid me till the part arrives🤣🤣🤣🤣. Hatsoff

Don't buy chimney with fiber glass mine blasted in the kitchen the entire kitchen was a mess with tiny glass pieces all over the kitchen cleaning the mess was a nightmare, i was told this is common by Faber

I bought 8 months ago, chimney didn't work properly, it didn't suction the smoky air and also in 8 months we didn't found single drop oil in oil collector. Total useless

Even customer service also worst, I called several time to service agent but didn't respond well.
