I want to get a new phone for my father, he doesn't play any high end games not use fancy apps that we all use such as snapchat and other ones, he basically goes on facebook, listens to music, watches YouTube videos and takes some pictures here and there . Is this a good choice ? I have a long experience with lumias devices ever since the lumia 710 up to the Lumia 535 and this L540 seems like a step up from the average L535 .
PS : Lumias devices have always been smooth, don't know if it's still the case with L540 .

If only Microsoft didn't do stupid things like putting in a Snapdragon 410 chipset instead of the Snapdragon 200 chipset, Windows phone would do much better than what they are doing now..
