Just create midi or midi Arpeggio pattern in daw and send midi data to TD-3. For arpeggios, use any Arpeggio plugin and sens midi from plugin to TD-3

This also works with the TB-03. Perhaps even easier because you can connect the box as an audio interface and trigger the midi notes in ableton using the External Instrument device.Will have to try with both the TD-3 and Tb-03 together. Nice trick!

Could you share the settings in the MIDI settings panel of Ableton? are you using Track & Sync in both IN and OUT?
