A continuing gag throughout this part of Dressrosa that is lost in the translation is Luffy's colloseum alias Lucy. His entire disguise is actually Master Roshi from Dragon ball as you can see his fake beard is 100% Roshi and if you listen the Japanese pronounciation of Lucy is "rooshi" :P
