In Rinne's test, the prongs of the tuning fork should be hold parallel to ear canal. She's is holding perpendicular to ear canal.

things they tell all are appropriates but their is lack of one thing plz tell all the optic nerve when u examine there is no any info about the cranial nerve which were examined
