I'd pick super strength. I think people are thinking of invisibility as ghost-like. If you're just invisible, it means people can still hear you, smell you, feel you, hit you, etc. They want to be able to spy on people without their knowledge. If it were that, I 'd have to think about it, but super-strength would be useful assuming you could control it (unlike, a bear, that might just maul things).
