Hey Finna really liking your Videos your Explanation is great bro but in my opinion you should show the sounds an melodys way earlier and talk between those Parts.

It took like 7-8 Mins alone even with randomly scrubbing through the video before i heard something from the Beat i think this would improve the pacing of your videos

The reason the chords don't seem to fit any particular scale is because they're using modal interchange, secondary dominants and passing 7ths.
There is a key but the chords are chromatic. Read about those 3 topics and it will open a shitload of ideas.
