I just bought two products from this company, both with design faults, pertaining to switches. Their fix, according to a pamphlet, and in an email from mr. Bill Pertler, is to “use a flat tip screwdriver, blunt object, or your finger tips to compress the boot down the switch” … (sometimes that works,   but only temporarily). Imagine having to do this every time you turn  on a light switch, or start your car … by the way, the product was not shipped with a flat-tip screwdriver or a blunt object. Lynn Pertler, company owner, are you aware of this?
