Did you ever put another foam piece to the metal? I want to get this but some people say that if you add foam or anything to the clamp it will just fall right over.

Could you try clip it onto the side of a bookshelf and tell me if it holds? I don't have enough room on the desk surface to clip it on but i do have a book shelf on my desk and was wondering if it could clip onto the side. Also, if it does clip onto a bookshelf, would the arm be able to twist so it looks normal as if it were holding the mic from the actualy desk?

Hey man I got this arm but when I screw it on to the desk it feels tight but when I move it side to side the whole clamp moves and not jus the arm. Any idea why?

Does the standard snowball cable fit or will I need to buy a longer one

How did you get your desk mount to work? My screw keeps on falling down when i attach it from below and trying to screw 'up' if that makes sense.

whats the maximum length it can extend from the side of your desk to the middle? you showed length but you showed it in up position, but mounted on your desk, how long can it stretch from right side to left
