Alberto Contador was well known for his out of the saddle climbing style, and to train this skill he even did 20-minute intervals without sitting. The presenters took inspiration from this and had their own climbing race dubbed 'The Contador Challenge'. Who wins? Watch to find out...

The Jura Mountains in northwestern Switzerland, where I live (gradients of up to 25%, maybe Emma knows them: Weissenstein, Balmberg ... ), don't allow me anything else than out of the saddle climbing style, from bottom to top. Unfortunately it never (never!) looks Contador-Style with me (more than dying a hard, very hard dead on a bike...).
