Well, this is absolutely horrible news for me. I was the kid that my mother would not give me water until I had eaten all the food I could possibly eat. So I ate a few bites and I could not eat anymore because I had to have water to be able to eat. So I was incredibly malnourished. Horribly malnourished I should say. I am 50 years old and even to this day if I try to eat and not drink water I feel full after five bites or less of food. As soon as I have something to drink I can eat again. I have tried everything a person can think of and I absolutely chew my food probably more than is actually recommended. I did not chew my food incredibly well when I was young but I certainly do now. I do not have an under production of saliva either. So I guess I am just up a creek because I simply cannot eat without liquid present.

Is it better for digestion to put all food through a food processor and make it into a soup and drink it as a delicious soup that contains the pureed food?
