Jacques Baud is IMHO the best geopolitical expert on Ukraine. Probably the only one that has direct experience on the ground, having worked there.

I like very much the fact that he always provides 

Ukrainian and Western sources, without the need to use Russian ones. He does that on purpose to avoid providing excuses to those who believe he is aligned.

He is also the only expert that uses correctly the exact Russian military jargon with words like оперативное искусство (Operational art) and

огневой мешок (Fire zone), analyzing the situation from the point of view of Russian doctrine. 

Last year I took the time to listening him talk for 3hours and a half on a Swiss/French radio. I took an A4 page of notes and learned more that day than in 2 years of propaganda.

Trust nothing. Question everything.
Don't take anything at face value...Life is never that simple and neither are human beings.
Be suspicious of the things that don't sit right, don't add up, or people tell you to believe it simply because "they say so" but can't give a reason why.
And ALWAYS ...go past the algorithms of Google, or Social media en looking for answers and dig deep.
Don't ever stop asking "why".

I appreciate Jacques Baud's emphasis on questioning authority and promoting independent thought. However, the youtuber's presentation could be more nuanced and less preachy. Instead of solely focusing on the importance of thinking for oneself, it would be beneficial to provide practical tips on how to discern credible sources and develop critical thinking skills. Additionally, the video could delve deeper into examining the motivations behind media narratives and the potential consequences of blindly following the herd and diverting from such.
