Overproofed your sourdough? Don’t toss it—oil it up, give it some dimples, and bake it into a golden, bubbly focaccia. One of the best baking tips I’ve ever read. Shoutout to whoever dropped this gem online.

I'm not a fisher, but pulling this massive focaccia out of the oven sure felt like reeling in a big one.

This loaf was originally supposed to be two sourdoughs—but plans changed, dough proofed too far, and I made the save.

Now it’s my favorite last-minute transformation: from bubble overload to fluffy, crispy focaccia glory.

I even brought some to church. Safe to say—no crumbs left.

you gotta try putting in chopped up roasted red peppers, roasted garlic & olives + whatever seasoning you want into the dough next time
