Bún thịt nướng is NOT just “grilled meat”. It is specific to grilled PORK. Bún gà nướng is grilled CHICKEN. Throw “cha giờ” at the end and it means to include an EGG ROLL sliced in top.

Bún is the word for vermicelli noodle. Everything after that is specific to whatever meat or additions are included in the dish.

Well none of y'all really knows Vietnamese food then. This is Vietnamese American. I mean, who puts tofu in canh chua? Like you ran out of stuff to put in, you put in tofu.
Salmon clay pot?? That's an American thing. In Vietnam, we don't eat that stew dish with salmon.
