I love this advice! Thank you! The last tip actually was the most helpful, Be Yourself. I forget that sometimes and try to sound like someone else. I want to make this work and I think your advice will help!

I needed this, I have been in hosting for many to my business. Now, at 50, retiring and am being pushed into this field, full-time, and I can not see, or understand, the lifestyle. I will be following you. I need to have lifestyle insights. Love you have ur own show...hows the life.

Oh my, I'm so happy to learn that you were one of the producers on Russ Parr morning show. I'm from Kampala, Uganda and I used to host 2 shows in the afternoon which would start at the same time Russ Parr would start. My co-host and I on the drive time would listen and pick up a lot from the show. Also fell in love with Jane Dough who was on after Russ Parr. We really enjoyed the morning show, even started doing our own ghetto horoscopes which became really popular. Thank you for all the work you did. That show taught me a lot since I was new on radio and honestly needed to listen to a lot of experts in the game. Been doing radio for 6 years now and these tips are still very helpful! Thank you. ❤❤❤❤❤

Hey Britt! Thanks so much for doing this video. It's truly inspiring. I always wanted to be a Journalist, but chose a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Wish I had followed my heart. However, I am now Co-hosting an independent Radio/TV talk show called "We Talk Weekly" on a public radio station in Philly. (Thanks for wearing that Sixers hoodie btw lol). I've been co-hosting the show for a little over 2 years now. The show is doing really well, but I'm looking to get more experience and move to commercial radio. We have a We Talk Weekly YouTube channel and podcast on iHeartRadio, Apple Podcast, Spotify, TuneIn Radio, and Spreaker. I will definitely take your advice to help me move up in the industry. Thank you again for this video!
