I was in the Navy in Iceland in the early 1960s and I used to listen to Brenda Lee's song. Her songs captivated me and made me so homesick.

This song transports me back to 1964 when my high school boyfriend of 3 yrs left me for a "friend". It was devastating but the sad songs enabled me to have a good cry &got me thru. Thank youBrenda Lee for your talent!!

She is an amazing singer with a surprisingly big voice, my favorite from her is "I'm sorry" but I'm a fan of her singing in general. Thanks for the memories.

this song came out the same week as my mom’s best friend died suddenly from a brain aneurysm at age 52. So whenever it played, mom would start crying. A sad time.

Fabulous. Brenda and Connie Francis were the two outstanding voices of the late 50s--60s.
