I'm a young man trying to nurture my inner gentleness after a childhood of watching my drunk dad abuse women, and the bobo doll theory hits home for me. My father was beaten by his stepfather, and as an adult he taught me that domestic violence is ok. It's been a hard chain to break but when I look at my partner and see the love in his eyes I appreciate how far away from that life I've come. Frustration is completely natural, using it as an excuse to hurt anyone is just flexing how tiny your self control is.

Also, Thanos from Marvel comics had an obsession with death and the personification in the comics was a woman whom he fell in love with.

The social theory in my case my father had anger issues I see myself turning into him sometimes I see my siblings turning into him

I always have Frustration-aggression. It's like if I'm in a situation and someone just touches me or speaks a word out of their mouth. It makes me go poof and I lash out on the person without having any clear reason.

Frustration-aggression theory is just describing my current 3 am, sick with the worst flu since covid, not been able to study for a week, constant coughing fits, no sleep, everything going wrong, and me trying to not smash my head through the door while I have my last exam in 6 hours

Bobo doll theory makes more sense that the others. As children who grow up in abusive families tend to become aggressive later in life .

Anger is just reacting to a lack of control. Being aggressive is good for a man but not when it’s uncontrollable
