FLETC. A PINAC 1st Amendment Audit. (Feature)

Special note on this video.I was using a new 32GB SD card for my Cannon EOS camera. The new card was glitchy and wouldn't work reliably on record mode. I didn't think that the camera was recording during the encounter with the DHS "under cover agents". I was relying on EOG's recording from inside my van until the DHS agents started talking about calling the FBI. At that point I attempted to get my Iphone 5C out and state recording for my protection.
To my pleasant surprise, I later discovered that the video encounter of the DHS agents was recorded by my Cannon.

The DHS agent admits that it is not illegal to take pictures. At the same time he is telling you he is going to call the FBI and the local police to report you. All the while Mr. Trigger Happy agent is standing behind you and off to the side of you with his hand on his gun. This video is crazy. You did a great job Jeff remaining calm and cool yet not letting these guys intimidate you.

There I am freezing my ass off, drinking my diet coke and trying my best to keep Jeff in frame on not one camera but two(2), what is he doing walking up and down a road talking mostly to himself as he waits for the idiots to show up. I can't tell you how proud I am to know and work with this man. He has your backs every time he does one of these videos, by showing the terrible change in the status of the average America and their relationship with Law Enforcement and it ain't good. What amazes me as someone from the UK is that I am surprised that a couple of cameras being held by US citizens who are standing on public property causes such a scene. This only goes to show the governments propaganda machine is so effective at raising general paranoia amongst the security population who react like this.

You have to love the, "No, you're not doing anything illegal" line, yet they are trying their damnedest to intimidate you.  So much so, that Mr Bad Ass made a threatening move by reaching for his weapon.  

Question, if that had happened, where the Agent went for his weapon the way he did, could you have defended yourself in fear of your safety?  Not saying you would, because that's not what you're there for Jeff, but just a question.

Jeff, I love your videos.  This one is a real victory for our 1st amendment rights, but you shouldn't have to go through all that hell in the first place with security.  Thankfully, the local cops recognized you and were cool about it.  My guess is that some of their "coolness" is due to the fact that they realize they'll wind up here on YT.  Imagine another man or woman doing the same thing elsewhere, who they don't recognize - probably wouldn't go so well for them.  Anyway, my only problem with your videos is you don't make enough of them:-)  Keep up the good work!!

I've said it before, I respect and admire what you do.  I respect and admire how you do it. I thank you for doing what you do!!!  I know this might sound like I'm missing the point of what you're doing, but please be particularly careful with this stuff going forward, I think things are gonna get worse, what with the whole ISIS crap that's going on.  I mean I know my fears only really mean that we need more or your activism, but you seem to be a great guy and a family man....so just be careful out there!!!

Nice to see the guys from Glynn County have learned their lesson.  I highly doubt anyone from FLETC will learn from this other than to be on the watch out for staff from PINAC.  Amazing for them to admit you were doing nothing illegal but still contacted local law enforcement and threatened to contact the FBI.  Maybe one of the local news media or even better national news media will pick up on this video to start doing a little digging into FLETC.  I won't hold my breath but it would surely be a good news video to see someone trying to justify the actions of the two DHS agents trying to intimidate a citizen who is acting in a legal and constitutionally protected action.  I wonder if their public affairs officer will comment on
