Appeals court temporarily halts COVID-19 vaccine mandate on larger businesses

A federal appeals court on Saturday temporarily halted the Biden administration's vaccine requirement for businesses with 100 or more workers.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted an emergency stay of the requirement by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration that those workers be vaccinated by Jan. 4 or face mask requirements and weekly tests.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said the action stops Democratic President Joe Biden "from moving forward with his unlawful overreach.”

"The president will not impose medical procedures on the American people without the checks and balances afforded by the constitution,” said a statement from Landry, a Republican.

Solicitor of Labor Seema Nanda said the U.S. Department of Labor is "confident in its legal authority to issue the emergency temporary standard on vaccination and testing.”

Your news slide is wrong there... the federal mandate applies to all work at home. Trust me, I'm a federal contractor that works from home & hasnt stepped foot in an office in over 5 yrs. If they dont accept my medical exemption, I'm out a job.
I really want to know how me being vaccinated helps the employees of my company be safer when I've not seen them in over 5 yrs?!?!

While I was waiting to get a new phone at a cell phone company, As everyone knows this can take hours, while waiting I started talking with a recent college graduate who study Pharmaceutical She told me she went for a job interview at a New England pharmaceutical company the interviewer asked her what made her get into the Sciences of medicine her response was my uncle had a stroke and I'm hoping that I can find a cure. The interview said we are not here to Cure people we're here to sell medicine, She was God smacked! she didn't get the job she is now training in holistic medicine. If that's not a wake up call to America then what is?

I have no opinion about this vaccine, but you could not go to school years ago unless you have a scar on your arm to show you had a vaccine shot.Well mine didn't take I had 4 vaccine shots, finally the doctor wrote the school a letter that I had 4 vaccine shots so I could go to school.

To anyone follow the science check out the publication in the journal Viruses (Oct 8, 2021) from a lab in Sweden ( ironically people following the science up until now have Stockholm syndrome) but after you read this publication and you still have your head in the sand it's your own fault.

If I owned a company, I would put it in mine policy vaccine or no job, I would welcome the Government support and actually I do. They want to protect their employees or customers not putting them at risks along with bringing a higher level of comfort for and to all.
Remember the high death rates is higher for the non vaccinated, the Republicans would rather see people sink and not swim to safty.
