#JusticeForRabiya: Rabiya's Family's Lawyer Mehmood Pracha Talks About Leagal Aspects of the Case

"Last time we spoke about the case of Rabiya Saifi and how the brutal murder of the 21-year-old promising civil defence volunteer poses more questions than answers. 21-year-old Rabia Saifi was allegedly stabbed to death on August 26. According to the post-mortem report, Rabia was repeatedly stabbed and her private parts were brutally crushed. Police found Rabia's body near Surajkund Pali Road in Faridabad. On August 27, a 23-year-old man named Mohammad Nizamuddin surrendered at the Kalindi Kunj police station and claimed responsibility for Rabia's murder. Rabia and Nizamuddin used to work in Civil Defense. He claimed that Rabiya was his wife and he had developed a suspicion that she was cheating on him.
However, several developments in the cases pointed towards possible another angle to the brutal murder case. To know the exact details of it, HW News Network spoke to Rabiya's family's lawyer Mehmood Pracha. Here he is answering three questions:

People thinking this is an open and shut cases,

How are you ignoring, how mercilessly she was killed and how it was done. You are out of touch with reality if you believe cops this easily. (Especially after the Sachin Waze case)

You should watch the video with an open mind to understand the breakdown and why this lawyer is so skeptical on this whole ordeal.
