Worked for me thank god, was literally losing my mind. I feel like Samsung "sneakingly" do this to force people to buy more chargers or a wireless one when their phone should be working just fine, kinda crazy.

3 years later and this worked perfectly. Appreciate it.

This was amazing. I have tried imaginable suggestion I could find online, and nothing worked until I found your video. What a simple solution!!! You are the only one who understood that the problem might be with the fast charger. I did exactly what you said: I unplugged from the fast charger and used a direct ubs plug on my power strip, and lo and behold, it began charging again (after more than one year!), and it keeps charging now even with the fast charger. Thank you!!!

Turning off, charging, and turning back on cleared my code & will now allow me to fast charge again! Thanks so much!!!!

Just step 3 was all that was needed to rip my wife's phone out of that mode she's been sitting in for MONTHS. You're a life saver bro! ❤

I wish I could LIKE this video twice. My phone fell into a bucket of water and I got the dreaded moisture error. For the second in the life of this phone, this video helped me recover from the error. A big thank you again

Thank you so much! My S21 was splashed with the ocean water and I couldn't get rid of this annoying moisture warning for 1.5 weeks! Phone repair wanted $160 CAD to replace the port... I just watched your video and, though not right away, I got it to work! I used the old charger first, then plugged it into my old laptop but it didn't work. Lastly, plugging it into my Dell docking station was a success! Fingers crossed everything will be working fine now!

If anyone else is having trouble with step 3 - try plugging your phone in, once the alert comes up (and won't go away after a few seconds), then unplug your phone a little bit (so the phone is no longer charging but the plug is still in the charging port), then plug it back in - thats what worked for me!! I also used a fast charger tho (its all I had on me), I just disabled fast charging in my settings 😊 thanks for the video!!

Step 3 did it for me. I've tried so many of the recommendations and nothing was working (5 days in). This fixed it for me. This video is still very helpful 2yrs later. Great Job!

S21 - clearing cache didn't work, optimizing apps didn't work. Cleaned port with isopropol and compressed air (no hair dryer); didn't seem to work. Plugged in a slow charger (phone off), got the moisture warning. Ignored it and started phone. Phone started to charge. Let it charge a few %, then tried a fast charger - that now worked! Everything seems healthy now. Thanks!

Cheers man. Everyone without a moisture issue should try step 3 first, then the others. Worked for me, like alot of people in the comments. I didn't have any moisture in my phone and was a random popup.

This guy is a genius! Incredible video. Super easy to follow. I did exactly as the video said and followed all 3 steps to the T. Worked like a charm! As soon as I plugged my phone in the water alert popped up then disappeared and went straight to charging! Thank you so much! I subscribed and I know for sure I'll be back whenever I need more tech help! Keep up the great work!

A HUGE THANK YOU for this specific video. After my Samsung phones giving the horrible moisture warning over and over again, searching yt for help to avoid costly repairs or replacement thru Samsung or my phone provider, YOUR video is the BEST one for this issue on the web and absolutely worked! Will share with family and friends & return if I ever have the same issue!

Followed these instructions and it worked beautifully. I spent a lot of time reading forums on how to solve the issue, but to no avail. This video is much appreciated 👍

This video was spot on. Took just a few minutes total to get it working again. I thought I was going to have to wirelessly charge until I waited for the new phone I wanted to come out. Thank you
