Dyeing Wood Tabletops with Jacquard Basic Dyes

When we arrived in Frankfurt and started setting up our booth for the Creativeworld Fair, we quickly realized that the tables we brought weren’t quite colorful enough for our vibe. So we decided to dye them with our Basic Dyes! The process couldn’t have been easier: we simply mixed the dye powders with Piñata Clean Up Solution (pure alcohol) and wiped the solution over the surface with a sponge. The dye instantly bonds with the wood and the alcohol evaporates in seconds. So just like that, within minutes you have the most wildly vivid colored wood (seriously, the camera doesn’t do it justice). The whole process took less than half an hour. How cool is that?? So fun when our own products still blow our minds 😊
