Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the it.

Then there is this...
“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”
― Albert Einstein

You'd think with all of that wood working equipment they would build a shed they could afford.

Based on the contents, the excellent condition, and the electrical/HVAC added to the long shed, There’s more to the story than meets the eye. If I were that homeowner, I would do anything and everything in my power to resolve this without a repo.

If they can afford all the woodworking tools, they could make their payments.

$20K of woodworking tools in a rent-to-own shed? Makes no sense.

It's REPO TIME, I really enjoy watching your clips, gives me a great insight to life in the USA. I'm in London, England, UK, appreciate you. ❤

As a woodworker myself, the home owner can’t afford to lose that shed. Them tools didn’t come from Home Depot or Harbor Freight.

This sux, I'm pretty sure this is the guy I'm thinking about, if it is then he died and the son wants nothing to do with the shed and its contents, sad case because it's a functioning business and could have been resolved but the repo company probably couldn't get in touch with the family and that's why it went to collection. All in all, a sad scenario!

Like your content a lot. Your problem-solving and dealing with people diplomatically, but firmly, requires experience and sometimes courage. Thank you.

Wow, Josh!
I just know that my jaw dropped when you entered that building.
Goodness! I'm going to say that the value of the contents FAR outweigh the value of the shed. Seriously!
I also have a question for you and Sarah. Is giving a thumbs-up to the channel AND the various comments, actually counting as a credit towards your YouTube build-up? Because that's how I handle my favorite people. I actually searched YouTube a couple of years ago and came away with a "yes" on that, so that is what I do in the comment section. I "thumb-up" the video and then read ALL of the comments while doing the same to the ones I like, (which is usually most of them.
Sorry about the length of this.

How can people not like your channel? Your never rude or disrespectful towards the repo. Its amazing how much stuff people will put in a shed and let it go thru a repo. If they cant afford the building, i can understand that, but why leave your things inside if there is even a slight chance it will be gone when you get back? I can only imagine how many times they tried contacting people b4 getting to this point

Modern equipment is amazing! I've never seen how they get these things on and off a truck. I always assumed a crane was involved.

In comparison to your usual contents in the shed, that one was extremely clean and organized! I find it odd that some-one that clean did not make the payment on that shed. Let us know the full story if and when you find out. Thanks.

With all the devastated sheds you find, I am blown away at how clean and organized this shop is. I can't help but be impressed. I'm hoping that there is some backstory as to how the renter fell behind and possibly get this straightened out.
