ONA is a leader in developing EDM technology! We're proud to be able to bring these machines to the U.S. and put them in the hands of the TITANS of CNC team and American manufacturers. We're here to help you MAKE MORE with EDM.

My goodness.. the amount of technology and education that Titans of CNC has brought in the last 3 years alone is just astounding. The day you stop learning something new is the day hang your hat up. Thank you so much! BOOM!

I've got 4 years experience in programming and running mitsubishi edm sinkers in the tool and die industry. Sinkers are great machines and can do some really awesome things, but make no mistake, what the manufacturer claims for accuracy is ultimately limited by the accuracy of the guy and mill that is making the electrodes. If he, or the machinery, is only capable of holding +/-.0005, then the best your going to be able to do in the sinker is +/-.0005. In the end, I'm too much of a control freak and I couldn't stand the fate of my accuracy depending on someone else's work, so they just weren't a good fit for me. Will be interested to see the kind of work you guys do with yours. Love the channel titan!

So very cool! I'm a Machinist at Certified Transmission. I run a Haas ST30. Older machine only 2 axis. I love watching you stuff. It has helped me in my work. I hope to one day run the crazy cool machines y'all do. Keep making chips!

Back in the 80’s I worked at McAfee tool and die in Akron, Ohio. They had 3 Mitsubishi wire edm’s and an Agie wire edm. All were very accurate, (I’d say almost on par with grind shop tolerances…..tenths). They would save the long burns for late Friday and let them run unattended for hours, sometimes into Saturday or Sunday. We were the premier wire shop in Akron for all the stamping die shops, and we were a stamping die builder. I ran their first CNC mill.
BTW, I’ve never heard of zerro tolerance machining, only shops with inadequate inspection tooling. Everyone now wants to use probes and computer software to inspect parts. Much faster to check parts. Go to any quality glass lense or mirror grinding shop, they have the inspection gear. They work in microns.

I run a department with 3 Fanuc wires and man these machines are great. As long as you keep em clean 😉All of our tooling components and pallets are made in them.

Man I wish I have the time and money set aside to come and intern with your team. Always on the cutting edge with machines and bringing in talent that just builds on what you already accomplished. It's really awesome how you don't put yourself out there knowing all and expanding your team for the benefit of all.

Ran a sinker a few times. They are such weird machines. Can get to those side holes inside of pockets that don't go through the entire part. The one I ran was already programmed and it used a weird smelling oil. Crazy machines. BOOM
