That wasn't a pawn tsunami, that was a pawn armageddon.

This is a gem of a game. I remember first seeing this in a chess book I bought when I first started playing relatively seriously, one of those 100 greatest chess games ever played type books, and the end position always stuck with me. Nice one.

Thanks Jerry, I didn’t know this game, amazing. Your commentary allows me to appreciate it thoroughly, I wouldn’t be able to see the complexity without it. Thanks.

Neat game, and I'm a fan of the summary commentary at the end with those bullet points on the side, very instructive and helpful! Thanks Jerry!

Thank you so much Jerry for bringing this game !. i have a suggestion inspired by how you concluded the video. In every analysis video, it is a very informative thing to summarize the decisive moves in the game that made the game end the way it ends and to highlight the ones that made a shift in the mode of the game.

Thanks buddy for all the wonderful stuff you do .

I've been out of the loop for a while with this channel, but this was a great game to come back to it with.

I guess I have to dust off my board after a year of not playing.

Very important lesson that the value of the pieces is relative to their role in the game and how the players use it, as the old saying goes " a master with a rock can be deadlier than an amateur with a weapon. Very insightful Jerry, these old games are always a good way to show us simple yet good ideas to keep in mind
