The best Create add on I've found, by far, is Create: Handcrafted. As the name implies, it lets you craft Create components by hand. Shaft + Casing = Gear Box, for instance.
It might sound OP, but the trade off is the time it takes to craft multiple things or more complicated machines which is actually great for pacing progression as you move from simple machine with a crank to water wheels and so on
It's a quintessential mod for playing survival or even Hardcore with Create.
It also has variations of the Vault and Tank in the form of the Stockpile and the Reservoir; they're the same as Connected's variations with better textures, IMO.

There are some other notables for looting parts:
Pillagers Arise and Structures Arise have neat buildings you can loot for parts, and with Quark installed there are very cool structures also rife with parts.
When Dungeons Arise adds a dungeon that has blaze spawners and other Nether creatures to make it easy to get blaze rods and such.

I just worked out the compatibilities between versions of VS, Clockwork, Trackwork and Eureka...with all of the above and a few others like Farmer's Delight et al., Amendments, Supplementaries and like that, I'm as close to my perfect MC as I've ever been!

It would be a hasssle, maybe redundant, but I would like to see a standalone game based off of create, without the filler that minecraft has. It would be like a more mine-crafty factorio, and have features that are specifically aligned with Create's design philosophies

Hey so I was looking at one of your older videos specifically the one where you made a full auto loaded cannon and you put a schematic into the description but it does not fill out any of the redstone conectors and I wanted to use it so is it possible that you could do something for that?

Honestly i love create so much and its add ons are great but then the update came out and i was like “yippee i get to do everything more efficiently!” And then my add ons broke and so did the textures for the new entities and the chain thing, but the box from the cardboard armor works for some reason
