My grandfather allegedly got sick of having braces as a high school student so he used a dime to pop them off.

In case anyone does write that story, heres mine for reference:
I pulled my braces off myself; my dad was sending money to the uncle I lived with for them, but my uncle decided to keep the money and stop paying halfway through.

I used a house key, put the flat end against a tooth and the other end against a bracket, then bit down.

One of the wires cut my cheek up pretty bad on the way out

Theres a show with a character in the apocalypse with braces. Its called the rain. Last i was it was on netflix. Her bracea are really not important to the series but a cool idea.

HA!!! Mine is better (wow, I can't believe mine is better)! My thing to say after tripping is: "Ugh. You can't expect structural stability with only 2 walking legs! These bodies do NOT have enough walking legs!!!" and I just storm off angrily. ;)

PS: In Earth's country U.S.A., one of the best subject changes is "what kind of pizza do you like?" it's much safer than "who did you vote for?" LOL
