Is there anyway to change the color of an object in video capture? Like changing color of shirt/hat from red to blue?

Are you able to have more than one mask for the result?
The reason why I am asking is that I am trying t detect traffic lights with my camera. So I would like to detect the colors, red, yellow, and green.
If not, then I am guessing that I need to find a range of my lower and upper HSV to where it can get all three?

How do I get this to do something after recognizing the colour wanted? For example, if the colour blue is detected, the loop will break and the program will end.
