Having clean wheels is important to insure that your car keeps a nice appearance. But the main reason for cleaning your wheels is for preventative maintenance. Over time, break dust sits on the wheels and the iron particles (brake pad material, metal shavings off your rotors, etc) get embedded in the wheels’ finish. The heat and friction generated by the wheels makes brake dust a highly corrosive mix. The iron particles can oxidize and start to rust on the surface of the wheels, and they can eat into the coating and pit the metal of your rims!

Frequent cleaning of your wheels is the only way to keep your wheels safe. In this video, I will share with you the best way to clean your wheels. You’ll learn all the techniques, tools and products that you will need in order to have clean rims. And it’s actually quite easy!!

Where did you use the carshampoo? Honestly the wheels take most of my time and I do follow your guide and products; even with the 2brushes I still need to pass with a mitt to clean properly; also, should you not use 2 buckets cause the wheel brush is really dirty after one pass; the shorts are funny :)

Hi pan! Can mckees tire and wheel rejuvenator be used in place of a tire and wheel cleaner?

It´s kinda insane 33€ for a gallon of brake buster. That stuff is just incredibly cheap and good.

Hmm how about offering 10$ per wheel cleaning service LMAO. I mean the amount of Brake Buster used is like 2 or 3 $ for 4 wheels ? Maximum.
So 5 minutes per wheel cleaning 9$ in 5 minutes earned (1$ but aside for the brake buster).

Could be a gateway to offer higher priced services since
1. You can easily achieve great results with little investment
2. stunning wheels give hopes that you can handle things
3.make the big buck with premium services ?

Even if you end up only cleaning 4 wheels in 20 minutes you made 36$ which is a worst case scenario and really not bad.
I would require them tho to deliver the wheels to you to save time driving and save gas money.

Like "Drop your wheels off and you can pick them up in 20 minutes for 40$ they´ll be shining."

I dunno I keep thinking about ways. Currently still waiting to get my licence and also saving money for cleaners :3
