Sir with the knowledge you have provided us from previous lectures, we can also find LT of unit ramp using multiplication by 't' / differentiation in frequency property of LT as,
F(s), Roc: R. Then tf(t)... (-1)dF/dS, Roc: R.
So u(t)... 1/s, Roc: Re{s}>0.
tu(t)=r(t).... -d/ds{1/s}= 1/s^2, Re{s}>0

The generalized version -> t^(n-1) . u(t) L.T (n-1)! / s^n, there is a condition on (n) that the (n) must be +ve integer value.
