I believe that when Jesus said " I know you not", He said so to the five foolish virgins for two reasons:
1) They hadn't taken on His name, Jesus Christ, by it being called over them during water baptism.
2) Their spirits' had not been joined to His as the result of recieving the Holy Spirit.

As Monte teaches, if you put the 07 letters to the churches (Rev 2 & 3) side by side as all of them forming a picture to us, the last generation of bond-servants, one thing you will see is: Esmirna and Philadelphia must be taken apart. Esmina talks to the brethren who will die as martirs. Philadelphia talks to the brethren who will pass through the great tribulation.
Here is the point:
All the other 05 churches contain the wise brides and the foolish brides mixed toghether. The tribulation will shake them and scream WAKE UP ! Than the wise ones will emerge to join or Esmirna or Philadelphia.

The Bridegroom didn't bring tribulation at the first. He brought Himself, and took in the wise virgins, and locked out the foolish ones to THEN suffer the Tribulation to come. Luke 21:34-36 is a stern warning to WATCH, PRAY ALWAYS to be counted worthy to escape ALL that is to come, and to STAND before the Son of Man.

I viewed various YouTube videos on the topic, it's ok to research, study and compare. I am a Messianic Believer and Love Torah. But I also checked out various Pastor's, I found Mana Fest Ministeries very interesting as well. I hope I didn't offend anyone by me posting this. 🕊 Shalom 🕊

what do you have to say about the 5 unprepared virgins getting turned down by the 5 virgins who were prepared to give them the oil they needed? They told the virgins who were not prepared to go out and get their own oil. They didn't give them their oil, now did they. Then when the Lord came the virgins who were prepared went in to be with the Lord but the 5 who went out and got their lamps filled were told by the Lord that He didn't know them. I think this parable is about those born again believers who are filled with the Holy Spirit and those who call themselves Christians but do not know the Lord. I rest my case.
