THE BEST television ever made by LG. It might be the best television made by ANYONE up to now. You can be the judge of that once you calibrate and start using it.

Best intro music review ever. Turn off the lights - take some X - and dance around the beautiful TV Screen.

Yes this is for sure the best tv I've owned, however Best Buy had it for forever way into 2015 I thought I was getting the latest model for the year, found out later it's the 2014 model. But even at that it's off the chart awesome.

hy! my name is Cassiano, from Brazil, I'm looking for a new TV to buy and have 3 options, one would be the TV LG EC9300 OLED 55 inch which is this video, the other option would be to android sony tv 4k 55 inch with Triluminos technology lED and the third option would be samsung 55 inch screen curved nano crystal, then friend in your opinion what would be the best alternative for me? what matters most is fast screen, vibrant colors, strong black tone image with brightness and contrast, the rate of rapid updating, the disadvantage of this OLED LG is not having the 4k.

Uma TV como esta deveria durar ao menos uns 10 anos (o ideal seria entre 15 e 20 anos). Pena que são tão caras e descartáveis.

Anyways, did it still functioning???
This TV have a big problem, when it back light led burn /short, it will unable to start /on, only 2 click sounds. This time it needs new panel, because it back light built in glasses panel, it unchanged able. TV back light have a life span when it gone ==TV gone.
I already see 10 ++ this oled TV give up repair, all from 2015, after warranty period /3 years. I am TV tech, good luck, remember ~~always setting back light 80% .100% will shorter you TV life span .more worse ~it only happens when warranty expires.

We Love The Brilliant Colors, And The Blacks Are Excellent On This LG 55EC9300 OLED TV - Even 3D Is Great: When It Worked...

Currently, We Are Left With A TV That Is No Longer Reliable. Starting About 9 Months Ago, It Just Shut Off. I Could Get It To Turn On Only After Removing The Back Cover, And Locating A Couple Of Small Momentary Switches, Like You'd See On A PC Motherboard. After Experimenting With Various Reset/Power Switch Combinations, It Crawled Back To Life - Wow, That's A Great Image On The Screen! For About 5 Minutes. Undeterred, I Continued My Troubleshooting, And Could Get The Thing To Power On And Function For 2 Hours, And Then 6 Hours Before The Inevitable Relay "click" Indicates It Powered Off. SMH - Hell Is Repetition. All Power/T-Con/MainBoards Have Been Replaced 2-3 Times Over With Same Results Within 5-10 Minutes Of Functionality. Initially, We Paid $1800 For This *NEW* Technology About 5 Years Ago, And Today It's Unserviceable & Retains No Value.

I'm Now Reminded To: "Weep Not For What You Have Lost, But Rejoice In What You Have Left."

By Comparison, Our 12+ Year Old Vizio And Other LG HDTVs Are Still Working Without Issue; Including A 20 Year Old RCA CRT TV, Which Is Used For Vintage Video Games. The OLED TVs Look Great, And We Thoroughly Enjoyed It While It Lasted. However, Should I Invest That Much Money In A Product, Which The Manufacturer Doesn't Have Enough Confidence In, To Back It With A Viable Warranty Or Product Support? Insufficient Manufacturer Warranties Serve As A Warning To Consumers: If It Isn't Worth Backing, It Isn't Worth Buying. - Ciao
