My keyboard crapped out in 3 months, so disappointed! Does not work..

I have one of these for my daughter to use at school. She tried to pair it with her 'slate' (Windows I think). It is asking for a PIN code. Does anyone know how to reset it or find the PIN code to pair the devices? Thank you in advance.

I have had this keyboard case since May 2, 2016 and have had numerous problems with typing with it.. the latest is that the cursor just runs on the page and can't be stopped. Have turned off and on and continues to happen. Please advise me on how to return this. I have all parts and the original packing and order form.

I just received my Dingrich keyboard and mine didn't come with a manual either. How do I pair this keyboard with my IPad Air 2? I cannot find any information online about this item except for this video. I would be grateful for some instructions for operation. I'm a med student and need it ASAP. My term ends in a few days and need a keyboard.

I just got it and it didnt come with a users manual and Dingrich has no website and this video is the closest thing I can find to any sort of help. I spoke with Amazon and sent a "contact seller" message but nothing so far. Does anyone know where I can download a user manual or get instructions on setting it up for Windows? I'd be really grateful. Thanks.
