This is the first time where i think the older model doesn't sound better than the new one. To me the 320 clearly wins.

1 dB is not much of a difference on the part of the partybox 320, but if they had increased it by 3 decibels (dB) that would already have made a considerable difference in favor of the partybox 320, but this is not the case.

Looks like there's some distortion at 45hz in the jbl partybox 320 or im hearing wrong? Doesn't sound like that in the jbl partybox 310.

I had a 310 but it sounded muffled compared to my boombox 3. Surprisingly that boombox 3 sounded better with deeper bass.
