DHS updates terror threat bulletin in wake of recent synagogue standoff, HBCUs bomb threats

The Department of Homeland Security updated a terror threat bulletin in the wake of last month's hostage standoff at a Texas synagogue and a string of bomb threats at historically black colleges and universities across the country. Senior investigative correspondent Catherine Herridge reports.
