I started off with very weak arms, almost no muscles. Now I have very decent muscles 💪💪 I can say this is very effective!

This is a grueling workout....

The planks with fly and extensions were the hardest, next was the shoulder raises....
 
I have never been so happy to reach the "workout complete" part ^_^

I did it after "Push Yourself Harder" workout, after doing push-ups for
45 seconds twice... and I prayed for no push-ups. And what's the first
exercise? Push-ups! I thought I was going to die!

simple, but great workout routine for beginners & mid-level.  Even for the advanced, these will work if done 20~30 reps without rest between sets.
