Once or twice a year Rocket mortgage will say my payment is late when I mailed it 3 weeks prior to the due date

NO DONT DO IT
My Father had a mortgage thru them. He passed away. Final close happen money was disbursed to the estate.
They DID NOT put ALL the money into the Final Sale Tally. They sent the overage in my deceased father's name 6 months after NOT to the Estate of. No bank will cash or deposit a check made out to a deceased person. For 14 months after that they kept telling me I needed 1 document after another to release the money. I complied. They still wouldn't release it. I had to get a Judges court order.
DO NOT get a mtg thru them unless you want hassles.
