My problem with anti-spin rubbers is that they are slow so I use short pimples on my forehand instead. I wish there was a fast anti-spin rubber available.

Hear me out. I think anti and pimples should be illegal. They are just gimmicks that make you play worse. They just make the ball behave weirdly, and thus you confuse you opponent who isn't used to them, while you are used to play against players with normal rubbers. So you will always have an advantage in 99% of games. Not because of skill but because of a weird tool you are using. I think it's stupid and doesn't add much to the sport.
