@maybellineindia Superstay Vinyl ink lipsticks swatches

Hi guys!🙋🏻‍♀️

Today I'm swatching some nude shades of one of my recent favourite lipstick formulas. These are the @maybellinenewyork superstay vinyl ink lipsticks. These retail for 849/- and contain 4.2ml of product. These are available in 10 shades(in India).

Talking about the formula, these need to be shaken before application to activate the formula. They apply like butter and they become transfer proof(90%). The main attraction about this lipstick is that even though it becomes transfer proof, It gives off a beautiful glossy shine.

These stay on the lips for 8-9 hours but the shine starts fading out after 5 hour mark. They don't dry out the lips and even when they fade, they leave a tint on your lips. I will admit this formula isn't for everyone as some might even say it has a tacky formula(but it's given considering the intended finish). Also I will strongly advise against pressing your lips immediately post application as they might become patchy.

In my opinion, it's lightweight, extremely comfortable and long lasting. The juicy look it gives my lips is just so pretty 🤌🏻

They're not transfer proof. I tried many times. Also, colour fades fast. Dries out my lips too.
