I have some major problems with this:

1) if almost everything DogPack404 says is lies/partially false, then why did Mr.Beast (or his team) send an NDA? In order to be able to send an NDA the info DogPack404 was spreading had to he true. If the info is false why not file for defamation instead?
(And no I'm not saying DogPack404 is right, I'm just genuinely confused.)
2) Despite the fact that Soggys video is called "The REAL truth about Mr. Beast", and how he says he'll be taking about both, It's mostly centered around DogPack404.
3) Soggy talks to some Mr. Beast employees about the allegations. Obviously any employees are going to say that allegations against Mr. Beast aren't true (they are most likely under an NDA and would get fired/sued or something).
4) Literally Mr. Beast himself commented on the video saying something along the lines of "finally someone who isn't trying to slander me" before taking it down.
5) there's no source for the audio of DogPack404 asking for his job back and stuff, so it could easily be AI.

And most important reason is that:
6) Soggy's main motivation for the videos creation was because DogPack called him "overdramatic", meaning Soggy is biased and can't be an entirely trustworthy source.
