Skywalker by Baudis

This Skywalker is new (previously owned) large model by Baudis in Czechia.
We forgot the super, Sony AX53 video camera and so had to settle for the camera on a Samsung mobile for these images, it was not sure where to focus some of the time. The framing is mostly guesswork as the screen was impossible to see in the bright sunshine.

The model carried no ballast and had a flying weight of about 4.6kg, it has a span of 3.8m. It responds to thermal lift quite well; it also has a fair turn of speed which can be deceptive in larger models. The wind was a 15-20mph westerly with a bit of south in it. Temperature averaged about 10-12ºC I reckon. There were only four modellers during the time we were on the hill.
The Skywalker is quite aerobatic easily managing rolls, loops and even outside manoeuvres.
