I didn’t realise the spot you cleaned mattered until near the end of the game, so I’d pick a random spot to vigorously clean since the meter goes up regardless and they’d be saying weird shit like “what are you doing? Mmm I don’t think so” then immediately 180 to “thank you it looks great” when I finished

Is there actually any reason to clean them aside from Achievements? I did it after most battles and it seemed to do nothing. I know it deepens the bond, but the amount you get is super low.
