Have anybody ever seen that in cellar when you go to hyperspace tractor and open it you can see that below the number showing how many times you got this weapon there is an inscription saying "What lies on the other side of the sea?"

I tried using this weapon on 3rd floor pirate biome by shooting it at the border of the map, but I found nothing
