Forza tailgating frustrated at the middle lane cruiser

Many faster drivers loves the slow middle lane cruiser? Complaining why are they in the middle lane? Creating the tailgater and problems for the right lane driver! Maybe there should be a law for all trucks to use the right lane for cruising, only allowing to pass and then return.
