using LIMIT will ignore the edge case of presence of duplicate max or min values hence i guess DENSE_RANK() with value 2 can give a better LIMIT HERE IS SIMILARY TO USING ROW_NUMBER() WHICH DOESNT SCALE HORIZONTALLY WELL
