This band had so many great songs in such a short time span that it really is amazing. People that haven't heard their 2 LPs with Warner should really check them out. Those 2 albums show that their creativity was still strong, which makes what happened to them all the more tragic, although I have to say that my favorite Badfinger work is still from their Apple records, with "Day After Day" being my favorite song by them. IMO, it is a perfect song!

I met Joey Molland tonight. He chatted with the crowd outside the back door of Packard Music Hall, in Warren, Ohio; for over a half an hour. Friendly, suave, witty. What a fantastic night.

He's on tour with Christopher Cross, Todd Rundgren, Denny Laine, and Jason Scheff, formerly of Chicago. They're playing a couple of each of their hits, along with a tribute to The Beatles' Rubber Soul, and Revolver albums. It's called "It Was 50 Years Ago Today." Great show.
