I had a very similar type of acne and was prescribed the Duac acne gel. It also contains Clindamycin and Benzoylperoxid. It helped amazingly!

Chin acne are so painful I used to get them (cystic acne ) but after starting tretinoin it is more worst then ever I know it will happen it is my 4th week just waiting for the purging to stop 🙂

Hey beautiful, tretinoin is only thing that did work for my hormonal acne but I don’t get any dry or flaky skin, but I have noticed combing with niacinamide even hyaluronic acid with tretinoin it does irritate my skin especially around my mouth I get whiteheads, any tyrosine inhibitors with tretinoin again the same cause irritation 😩, if I use tretinoin on my own I can tolerate that for everyday without any side effects but not sure it helps discoloration or hyperpigmentation on its own ?😢

Do you think 5% acnecide is better at treating acne than the PC 2% BHA? I am using acnecide in the mornings but i just feel like its leaving behind dark marks😭 i use 20% azelaic acid in the evenings

Can whiteheads come from the toothpaste dripping on your chin or from just using the toothpaste in general? (toothpaste with sodium fluoride)

Your acne becomes immune to Clindamycin if u use without a supporting antibiotics!!

Those bumps are not normal acne, looks like you broke your skin protective barrier with direct and indirect retin-a exposure. Also seems you were mixing up multiple products on that area. Just don’t use anything on your chin
