You can use midi data to do control just about anything on a computer. In this video all of my guitar parts are activating video cues using Arena and Ableton Live with the TriplePlay MIDI pickup. Enjoy!

Watching this now, I'd like to see a band where one member "plays" the midi, in the sense that he/she just activates precise controls, letting the rest of the band play their things, a sort of midi-director
