For Andhra Pradesh counciling. Mbbs study certificate and transfer certificate is needed or not

AIQ by mcc - so gitam is filled from all india pool.
AIQ has 50 % govt college seats & gitam deemed..
and no private college seats are given AIQ.

but other state (not ap/tg) people can fill under S1A management quota cat b counselling of NTRUHS..

Sir if we did MBBS from Siddhartha Medical College but you got admission via All India Quota 15g in 2018 and are resident of other state. Do we get state quota for Andhram
