Aapke sabse last example me S3 (deceased) ka 5/48 share aaya but uske niche level me transfer karne se pehle S3 ka notional share nikal kar phir partion karna thik rahega kya ya direct 5/48 succession me bat diya jaye ? Which is better way ? Thanks
